All that is required is the ability to lie, scam, and BS potential customers. Brains are not a requirement when you get hired there. The company is crooked from the bottom up. If you ever have an issue with them, you will never get the answer from their Customer Service. They don't understand that if they had looked at how Mexico insurance works, they would have had to charge me a lot more and I would not have used their services. I had no choice but to pay for the car rental or go without a car. They can't get it through their thick sculls the position that I was in when I arrived at the car rental office in Mazatlan. The only difference is it was from another person. I received another email today, February 25 2021, and got the same BS. I gave them a 1 because there was no zero or minus sign. I will never use them again and if anyone has any sense they would never use this company for car rental services.
I have been emailing some guy named *? And all I get is B. It cost me over $510 US more to rent a car for three weeks than was quoted by CarFlexi. I agreed to a contact with CarFlexi because they said that Third Party coverage was included in the price. This is the WORST experience ever in renting a car. Regretfully the down payment only is not refundable in this case as we had arranged this car rental for you.
